What you will find here
Official notifications, circulars, pay scale charts, policies and forms issued by the Federal Government, the governments of Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, and departments such as the Finance Division and the School Education Department. Each resource page explains what the document says, who issued it and when it applies, with the original document to view or download where available.
How we choose and check documents
We add documents that affect the pay, pension, GP Fund, allowances, taxes or service matters of government employees. Each document is taken from an official source, and its key details are checked against the original before it is published. When a newer notification replaces an older one, we note this on the page.
Before you rely on a document
HisaabKit is an independent platform, not a government website. Check that a notification applies to your province and department, and confirm with your accounts office or the issuing authority before acting on it. Use the filters above to find documents by province, department or type.
Check the original source
Resource entries identify the relevant authority where available. Check the original notification, law, rule or publication before relying on information that affects a legal, tax, pension or financial decision.
