What You Can Contact Us About

Write to us if something on HisaabKit looks wrong, out of date or unclear. We especially want to hear about:

  • Calculation errors: a calculator result that does not match the official rule or notification behind it.
  • Outdated rates or notifications: a tax rate, pay or pension figure, or notification that has been replaced by a newer one.
  • Corrections: a mistake in a guide, update or resource, such as a wrong date, figure or reference.
  • Guide suggestions: a rule, calculation or notification you would like explained in a guide.
  • Feedback: anything that is hard to use, unclear or not working, including technical problems on the website.

Before reporting a calculation issue

What to include in your email

A clear report helps us check the problem against the official source. Please include:

  • The name of the calculator, guide or page, or a link to it.
  • The inputs you used, such as basic pay, length of service, retirement date or tax year.
  • The result you expected and the result HisaabKit showed.
  • A link to the official notification or source, if it is relevant.

Protect your privacy

What not to send

Do not send any of the following. We do not need them to check a calculation or a correction:

  • CNIC numbers
  • Bank or account numbers
  • Passwords
  • Salary slips or other documents that show your personal details

If you need to share a figure from a salary slip, type the figure in your email instead. The Privacy Policy explains how email messages are handled.

Corrections

How corrections are handled

Every report is reviewed against official documents. If an error is confirmed, the affected calculator, guide or update is corrected. Corrections are handled under our Editorial & Accuracy Policy, which also explains the sources we rely on and how content is kept up to date.
